Overview:
The Salesforce CRM Manager is responsible for managing the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring that it is used effectively and efficiently to support the organization’s sales and customer service operations. The Salesforce CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the use of the Salesforce CRM platform, as well as providing ongoing support and training to users.Detailed Job Description:
