NerdWallet is seeking a dynamic Senior CRM Manager to direct a team of marketing managers focused on initiatives related to NerdWallet logged-in experience. This team drives loyalty, engagement and long-term retention by designing and operationalizing engaging multi-channel programs across email, push, in-app and SMS.
Where You Can Make An Impact

• Map the customer journey and build appropriate segmentation strategies from onboarding through churn mitigation and winback
• Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Engineering, Program Management, and Creative teams to identify and act on opportunities to create broad reaching impact
• Drive campaign optimizations with a data-driven roadmap and clear metrics, sharing out detailed performance, test results, and best practices
• Implement and optimize day-to-day processes allowing your team to move with velocity on key initiatives

• App download initiatives - testing into different ways we can drive users to download the app
• Onboarding optimizations and personalization through each vertical
• Content expansion - browse abandon, saved articles, and follow author functionality

You Are

• An excellent collaborator, with strong communication and presentation skills whether working amongst peers or in executive interactions
• Data driven and analytical with a high attention to detail
• Experienced in all aspects of campaign build, creation, execution, and analysis, able to dive in and help if needed

Your Experience

• Experience analyzing data and using insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform campaign decisions
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience working with multiple ESPs and/or engagement marketing tools
• 5+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and/or digital marketing experience for technology-enabled companies - FinTech, PropTech, or Real Estate industry knowledge is highly desirable
• Successfully built and scaled lifecycle marketing programs across multiple channels
• Proven track record of not only managing and growing high-performance marketing teams but also the humility and resourcefulness to roll up your sleeves and build right alongside your team, coding emails, designing segmentation, and pulling your data
• Effectively collaborated with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization

• The salary range for this role is $96,000 -$180,000.
• Base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
