Senior Manager, CRM Programs

Expedia Group is looking for a customer focused marketing professional to join the Customer Engagement Marketing Team and lead the program management of CRM. You and your team will play a critical role in managing multiple programs within the organizations . Your role will include planning program development, resource allocation & working closely with cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of multiple program outcomes on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure cross functional collaboration both within and outside the organization
• Prioritization and driving adoption of key change initiatives
• Assessing and problem-solving risks, ensuring proactive and early identification of variances to timelines or plans
• Setting the direction for the org ani z ations portfolio of programs and ensuring alignment with overall org strategy
• Develop and manage multiple programs with budgets, integrated roadmaps, plans and resource needs
• Develop integrated views of portfolio program status’s
• Build program management talent through mentorship, coaching and professional development
• Maintain relationships with senior  stakeholders

Who You Are

• Strong leadership with excellent communication, organizational, and problem -solving skills, who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confirmed ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats with both technical and business users and senior leadership
• Ability to translate strategy and vision into roadmaps, resource asks & capability requirements
• Experience leading Program teams through significant change and development
• Previous success building strong partnerships with clients/Partners
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time sensitive initiatives
• An eye for Creative and experience working with 3 rd party vendors
• 8+ years’ experience in a Senior Program Management role in consumer tech and/or travel

The total cash range for this position in (Austin) is $146,000 to $204,500 . Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500 , which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in ( Chicago ) is $138,500 to $194,000 . Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $221,500 , which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
