Collection of written questions from interested partied and publication of written responses thereto

Receipt of all proposals submitted in response to RFP.

Review of same for technical compliance with RFP.

Coordination of selection and meetings of evaluation committees for review of all responses to RFP.

Coordination of oral presentations, if any, requested by the evaluation committee

Communicate and enforce corporate contracting and vendor management policies

Perform and/or support other contract and vendor management projects/duties as assigned

Knowledge and experience negotiating contracts for on-shore and off-shore services

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to collaborate with and influence all managerial levels in the enterprise

The requisite skills and experience to develop deal-based analytics to support a recommendation or direction is also a must.

Review/assess contract language and business terms against business unit and corporate objectives and requirements

Qualified lawyer/or experienced contracts manager from any US states with ability to demonstrate a solid legal interpretation and drafting skills

3 to 5 years’ Federal contract management experience.

JD/ Bachelor’s degree in law, management, contracting or other related field

Manage and maintain compliance with Fedlink, GSA and other Govt contracting Schedules and portals.

Assisting on compliance processes and ensuring a company complies with its regulatory requirements and internal policies including due diligence screening

Previous demonstrable experience in federal/government contracting (SAM) and regulatory compliance experience required..

Signal to management all approaching contract expirations

Excellent computer application skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

Knowledge of general legal terminology and legal principles required

Prepare and submit contract documents for execution and implementation

Maintain computer database files to track contracts and other contract-related documents and monitor invoice payments

Ensure all contract documents are valid and updated through the life of the contract

At least 2 years of contracts management experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech, software and/or university setting.

Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills.

General alliance management responsibilities are required, including:

Data entry in the relevant databases.

Knowledge of business matters in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including software and artificial intelligence (AI) related contracts preferred.

Working understanding of legal terminology and has experience drafting and negotiating contracts.

Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) Salesforce, CLM and RFP Experience, ERP and Microsoft.

Preferred background/prior work experience? Contracts and RFP Experience.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Review, draft and negotiate standard and non-standard sales contracts for Public Health and DOD.

Create Quotes and prepare a high volume of administrative documents.

Experience negotiating, drafting, and implementing more advanced/complex contracts for managed care plans, health systems, or government agencies

Prior healthcare or managed care contracting experience

Manage the RFP draft response process, completing, submitting and tracking all responses as they are due

5+ years previous contracting, paralegal experience in a regulated environment

Possess advanced working knowledge of subject matter

Strong organizational skills along with excellent oral and written communication ability

Experience in using Contract Lifecycle management system

Administer the contract management process under the direction of their supervisor:

Work with the Finance team to verify funding for proposed requests

6+ years of experience as a Paralegal and/or a similar role

Bachelor's Degree in Legal Services and/or Information Technology; or, Paralegal certification; or, Juris Doctorate

Experience with Contracts, specifically some or all of the following: Master Agreements, Master License Agreements, and SaaS Agreements
