Job Description
  • Facilitate support of contract delivery and governance for strategic suppliers.
  • Identify and realize cost-reduction and cost-avoidance saving opportunities.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate Master Professional Service Agreements and Amendments, Statements of Work, Service Agreements, and vendor agreements to support business activities and departmental needs in adherence with SMGs procedures and company policies.
  • Prepare, review, execute, and manage the process for approval of contracts, contract renewals, terminations, and change orders.
  • Measure and manage the suppliers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on a regular and ongoing basis.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic suppliers.
  • Lead continuous quality improvements in processes and tools resulting in increased efficiencies.
  • Work to ensure that suppliers meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services on time.
  • Draft and redline commercial components and negotiate terms & conditions, pricing, and key contract terms.
  • Assist with risk analysis to identify issues and develop risk mitigation strategies. Be able to effectively communicate risk to business owners and functional partners.
  • Own the quarterly business review process between Standards executives and the suppliers executive team.
  • Facilitate issue resolution between suppliers and the business unit(s).
  • Ensure performance to the contract through consistent and transparent compliance monitoring and performance management against stated goals and measurements.
