Contracts Specialist Jobs

:

• Track deadlines, and update and maintain multiple spreadsheets and software (Unanet and FileCloud) for all contracts
• Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate departments regarding contract status
• Maintain a file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes, deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules; maintain additional detailed and organized files within the Accounting system
• Cross-functional engagement with finance, contracts, project controls and other functions needed to support timely and accurate subcontracting actions.
• Negotiation of Teaming Agreements under supervision.
• Negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements under supervision.
• Support process improvement initiatives as they relate to subcontract workflow, efficiency and improvement.
• Day-to-day Program and line support providing subject matter expertise on actions related to subcontracting at all phases of the subcontract life cycle.
• Track authorizations and correspondence
• Prepare contract summaries and change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables under supervision.

Experience and Education:

• Contract management: 3-5 years (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, specifically the FAR Part 8, 12, 13, 15 and 19; possess strong analytical and writing skills; and be attentive to detail.
• Negotiation: 1 year (Preferred)
