Three or more years of experience sourcing and administering research contracts in a higher education, non-profit, industry, or other related setting.

Bachelors Degree in related field or Bachelors Degree in non-related field with relevant experience.

Strong biomedical writing experience, contract drafting and/or grant or other writing experience in research.

Assist bid teams and sales teams with obtaining documents (certificates of insurance, vendor portal documentation, tax forms, etc.).

Assists in the development of policies and procedures related to the drafting, review, and management of research contracts.

Must be able to assess contract language for key terms and conditions relative to institutional criteria.

Work with Legal partner to create and execute supply and service agreements

Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience

Work with the Finance Team on invoicing and budget projects as directed.

Basic Accounting skills (accounts payable/receivable and invoicing)

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work directly with client procurement group to align contract language through procurement process as needed.
