Specialist - Contracts Jobs

Elevate is recruiting a Contract Specialist for teams working within our Contracts business unit. The Contract Specialist will be delivering quality contract services in a responsive manner. There is a strong preference for candidates located in the Central Time Zone.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically, you will

• Intake, triage, assign, prepare or review, collect signatures and data, and store corporate contracts.
• Review, negotiate, and manage vendor and merchant contracts on a global basis.
• Work closely with the customers legal team, procurement, and business units to complete requests independently.

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in transactional contracts support, including reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts such as procurement, sales agreements, NDAs, software license agreements, other commercial agreements.

• Proficiency in working on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Legal or Paralegal degree is preferred.

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is between $75,000-$85,000.
