Qualified lawyer/or experienced contracts manager from any US states with ability to demonstrate a solid legal interpretation and drafting skills

3 to 5 years’ Federal contract management experience.

JD/ Bachelor’s degree in law, management, contracting or other related field

Manage and maintain compliance with Fedlink, GSA and other Govt contracting Schedules and portals.

Assisting on compliance processes and ensuring a company complies with its regulatory requirements and internal policies including due diligence screening

Previous demonstrable experience in federal/government contracting (SAM) and regulatory compliance experience required..
