Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Coordinate with internal teams including our creative, procurement, and operations departments to improve the entire customer experience.

Looking for: 2-5 years of order processing or customer service experience

Work directly with account specialists and salesmen on graphic requests from clients.

Process customer orders received in an effective and timely manner with 100% accuracy.

Assist in other duties, including office administration, marketing, fulfillment, and accounting tasks.

The Operations Analyst reports to the IT Operations Manager.

· Experience with EDI systems a plus

· Proven decision-making and excellent problem solving skills

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

· Strong verbal, written communication skills and technological aptitude

· Preparing reports and communicating results

Manage, process, and track vendor purchase orders and customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing and arrival   

Complete a high volume of data entry within a specified time frame, ensuring accuracy  

Computer-savvy. You excel at picking up new software and systems, and have demonstrated knowledge of Excel.

Experience in jewelry processing (special orders, purchasing) preferred

Experience with NetSuite systems, preferred

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

Experience working with portfolio management software, databases, portfolio accounting, and/or trading preferred

Must be able to quickly adapt to new systems and learn industry-specific software including trading, reporting and task management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Experience getting trained on or knowledge of a CRM system

2+ years of experience with Data analysis/Data auditing/Data research (Researching, triaging, auditing data/tickets)

Experience with databases, as well as data interpretation and data manipulation

EDI experience (834 file experience)

Manage daily/weekly incoming and outgoing file processing

Perform system configuration and testing to meet client requirements

Prior experience and expert level skills in Greenhouse ATS

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create job posts, schedule intake meetings, and coordinate candidates through the screening process

Assign tests and challenges to assess candidates' skills when applicable

Support the new hire offer process

1+ year of prior experience in a Talent Coordinator role

Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills required

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

BA/BS or equivalent work experience and a proven, successful track record in a detail oriented position.

Minimum of two years of successful operations or customer service experience.

High energy and good communication skills both written and verbal.

Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications. Great if experienced with Salesforce.

Experience working with adult learners and non-traditional students.

Assist with onboarding new Disputes Operations services, systems, and tools using strong change management and project management skills.

Resolve manager-level call and case critical issues satisfactorily using excellent judgement and decision-making skills.

Maintain knowledge of statistical reporting to manage production and metrics and general department operations.

Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)

Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position

Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g. Virtual Edge)

Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar

Knowledge of Access, a plus

Knowledge of fashion retail, a plus

Knowledge of Essbase, Hyperion, Oracle, a plus

Proficient skills and knowledge of Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, Outlook – is required.

High School diploma and related experience and/or training required.

College degree and/or equivalent experience with system development life cycle support desirable.

Experience in creating and maintaining data in Quadient transactional mainframe systems and in cloud-based or ancillary system platforms.

Ability to use analytical and communication skills effectively to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations and SLAs.

Experience with and awareness of Quadient data and functionality in Oracle, OLM, ATLAS, Salesforce.com, Zuora and SAP is highly desirable.

Maintain effective communication with the Operations Management team regarding DC-related initiatives and updates
