Job Details


As the Vice President of Operations and People, you'll hold a pivotal leadership position responsible for optimizing both operational efficiency and the human resources function within our company. Your role will be integral in driving organizational effectiveness, nurturing employee experience, and executing our business strategies seamlessly. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll collaborate closely with the executive team to align operational and people strategies with our company's overarching goals and values. As a key member of the executive team, you will guide our company's triumph through proficient operations and people management, demonstrating adaptability and foresight in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams encompassing finance, legal, compliance, and HR to streamline processes and ensure compliance with IPO regulations.
  • Construct and execute IPO readiness timelines, ensuring timely attainment of essential milestones.
  • Remain updated on regulatory changes and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to our leadership.
  • Identify potential IPO-related risks and challenges, offering effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to comprehend talent requirements and provide effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Introduce a performance management system to elevate individual and team achievements.
  • Assure adherence to pertinent regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Shape and oversee employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee documentation necessary for regulatory filings and IPO-related disclosures.
  • Devise and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance productivity across all departments.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of operational systems to identify areas necessitating improvements or adjustments to meet IPO standards.
  • Create and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, nurture, and retain top-tier talent. Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering an inclusive and positive work culture.
  • Supervise compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity, as well as transitioning benefits in-house from our PEO.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and apply corrective measures.
  • Chart out processes for crucial organizational activities to ensure compliance, integrity, and productivity.

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development for employees at all levels.
  • Initiate endeavors to cultivate a robust organizational culture harmonizing with our values and objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate business growth and evolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation throughout the organization.


Requirements


  • Demonstrated success in organizational development and talent management.
  • Proficiency in managing and cultivating an inclusive, diverse workforce.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience spanning operations and human resources.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven history of driving operational efficiency and process enhancement.
  • Essential tech expertise with a preference for experience in SaaS.
