Remote Tour Operations Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining current expense data for tours in both Excel and our company software.
• Collaborating seamlessly with Sales, Guest Services, Marketing, and other team members.
• Cultivating robust connections with our international counterparts.
• Innovating and enhancing our tours and guest experiences through dedicated research.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Proficient in analytical thinking and adept at resolving challenges.
• Initiates tasks independently, excels in organization, juggles tasks effectively, and meets deadlines.
• Track record of budget creation and adherence.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and harmoniously within a team.
• Passion for the world of travel.
