Work with Accounting on invoice issues

Working knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.

Expert-level knowledge of the TRIRIGA work order management system.

Demonstrated knowledge and application of maintenance techniques, scheduling and safety management.

Working knowledge of Maryland Department of the Environment and EPA air quality requirements.

Experience in working in institutions of higher education and research labs.

Working knowledge of KFS financial systems.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in Facilities Management/Building Operations

•Receive, create, dispatch and track all incoming service requests using work order management system

•Assist facility managers to schedule vendors’ onsite visits for all jobs/tasks

•Assist facility manager with the preparation and distribution of financial reports to clients

•Manage and provide assistance to the creation and execution of the lease process

•Process and track vendor invoices for manager approval

Education:Qualified candidate must have a high school diploma.

Knowledge of and experience applying emergency management principles and procedures.

Advanced degree or certification in public administration, public policy, emergency management, planning or a related field.

5+ years of emergency management, preparedness, planning, project management or other experience performing duties similar to those described above.

Previous experience working with Federal, state and/or local emergency management programs.

Assists with management of MBHSR planning projects and associated budgets;

Researches and applies best practices in emergency management, hazard/vulnerability analysis, and capability assessments.

REQUIRED: Experience in COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, preferably in Class A office buildings.

Energetic, assertive, and positive demeanor with a strong sense of initiative and time management.

Support Facilities teams with administrative responsibilities.

Manage Building Engines (BE) work order system to address client inquiries and requests promptly.

Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of three years of support experience.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Prior experience with vendor management

Up-to-date knowledge of technological, regulatory, security, and workplace trends related to facilities management

Manage the vendors who handle day-to-day operations, including food and snacks, deliveries, inventory management, cleaning, and security

Experience with managing permit, license, and inspection requirements, ensuring facilities meet all mandated regulations

Have prior experience in facilities coordination, ideally 2+ years

Knowledge of facilities-related systems, equipment, and infrastructure with the ability to supervise maintenance, repairs, and services

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge of basic principles of construction, school plant maintenance, grounds, and custodial operations

Ability to manage budget and personnel

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Three years supervisory experience in maintenance operations
