5 years of experience in facilities maintenance

Adhere to departmental budget process and procedures.

Due to nature of facilities services, must be able to work occasionally after normal school hours.

Ability to prioritize as work is needed.

Other duties may also be assigned.

Frequently stand, walk, sit to perform desk-based computer tasks, and use of phone/text messaging.

20% - Analyze and summarize research data for budgets and/or reports. - (Essential)

5% - Assist in implementing and monitoring strategic plan for department. - (Essential)

5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)

Experience: Four (4) years of specialized experience which included experience in the following:
