Manage Research Data Associates on data collection and analysis tasks

+3 years experience coordinating or managing multi-year research/data projects

Demonstrated experience with successful project management

Experience working with project management software

3-5 years of relevant experience in market research, preferably in the area of fieldwork

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience designing sampling plans and creating strategies to achieve recruitment goals in support of qualitative research

Experience simultaneously collaborating with various partners (internal or external) to execute qualitative research

Oversee team development of screeners and recruiting management

Minimum of 7 years work experience in qualitative market research

Minimum of 4 years’ experience independently managing moderating duties

Advanced in-person, telephone, and online moderating skills with individuals and groups

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize findings from disparate sources

Skilled in Microsoft Office software environment

Advanced oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in area of specialization.

Ability to manage budgets and develop financial plans.

Design studies in conjunction with the community and other partners.

Collect data using a variety of qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups, observations).

Contribute to data cleaning, verification and documentation.

Contribute to discussions about coding and analysis schemes. Code data and conduct analyses.

Must have a minimum of two years’ recent supervisory/management experience.

Oversee the interviewing, hiring, training and orientation of research and data entry staff.

Clinical care focus is on the neonate, pediatric, and adolescent populations, as well as some adults with disabilities.

Must have a minimum of two years’ experience working with autism and toddlers.

Must have a minimum of two years’ experience administering standardized assessments.

Must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a research setting.

Are an experienced manager and enjoy practicing management as a discipline

At least 1 year of prior engineering management or equivalent experience.

People management: Coaching, performance evaluation, mentorship, and career development.

Project (research) management: Prioritization, communicating across team/org boundaries, and keeping research on track.

Pay Range: $70.00 – 75.00/hr. on W2 without benefits

Project manage vendor relationships and relationships with other researchers

8+ years of experience in a product/user research setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

10+ years of relevant experience in a product/user research setting.

Advanced statistical analysis skills are a plus.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

3+ years of experience managing remote teams

Experience conducting research in misinformation, disinformation or the integrity of knowledge
