Job Overview:


Consumer Insights, Measurement, & Analytics (CIMA) is a Global Marketing & Sales organization within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products that inspires consumer-centric decision-making through an understanding of the marketplace, consumers and our guests. In a fluctuating consumer and market environment, with ever increasing touch points and data, the emphasis is on cutting through the noise to provide relevant insight – clear, objective, strategic, holistic, and timely. You will be focused on solutions and have experience solving simple to complex survey research issues.


You will independently innovate and drive efforts to advance the research vision for Consumer Insight. You will use your critical thinking skills to effectively and efficiently transform, analyze, and innovate qualitative research.


You will report to the Business Integration Manager of Consumer Insight.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Experience simultaneously collaborating with various partners (internal or external) to execute qualitative research
  • Knowledge and use of statistical software and programming languages
  • Demonstrated experience with successful project management
  • Ability to foster relationships and communicate with our partners
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in market research, preferably in the area of fieldwork
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong detail-orientation
  • Lead and own the full life cycle of qualitative recruiting
  • Experience designing sampling plans and creating strategies to achieve recruitment goals in support of qualitative research
  • Establish / maintain quality control processes and data processing for qualitative research projects


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with project management software
  • Knowledge of statistics and research methodology
  • Comfortable adapting to change and works effectively with ambiguity
  • Experience leading the full life cycle of qualitative research from methodology to executing recruitment and developing recruitment screener guides
  • Knowledge of qualitative research methodology techniques with a focus on survey research and survey item writing
  • Experience working with team members in a high-throughput, process-oriented, client-servicing environment with firm timelines
  • Natural curiosity for utilizing consumer data to improve decision making


Required Education:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
