This entry level technician will be going to locations around charlotte to updates the technology from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Ability to leverage prior experience to build, run and maintain a project management process.

Apply project management methodology and enforce project standards.

Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (Agile/SCRUM, Jira, Wrike, etc.)

Manage stand ups and planning sessions for monthly releases.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Participate in key meetings with business teams including requirement sessions, system demos and user acceptance testing.

Organize and plan meetings with program manager

Arrange and manage team goals, program schedules, and new information; keep all material up to date

Strategize with program manager when needed

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Manage one or more highly complex IT projects. Lead assigned projects through implementation utilizing project management best practices.

Consult with division and executive management to establish direction and ensure a clear understanding of the project.

Develop and implement communication, training, and change management plans for assigned projects.

Report project status and work plan updates to keep IT management, sponsors, and executives apprised of major progress, issues, and risks.

Entry Level Project Management experience or certification

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a BA degree or equivalent experience.

Working with customers, Service Managers, Engineering Managers, and Senior Project Managers to prioritize the backlog of active projects.

The teams performing the work are matrixed to the Scrum Master/Project Manager.

The Project Manager will have no personnel responsibility.

Knowledge, Skills, And/or Abilities Required (Qualifications)

Implement and support remote access solutions, to include VPN, Remote Desktop Services, and Citrix

Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals

Develop in-depth knowledge of our services and how it relates to customer’s needs

Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, adhering to security protocols and standards.

Collaborate with network engineers to diagnose and resolve networking issues affecting application performance and user experience.

Document support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolution details for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Proven experience as an L2 Support Engineer with a focus on Microsoft technologies, application support, and networking.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.

Experience troubleshooting and supporting various applications, such as ERP, CRM, and productivity software.

Special assignments and other work-related duties as required by management.

Support region utilizing remote desktop, remote computer control mechanisms and some travel.

Able to document and manage equipment inventory

Broad knowledge of Windows Tenant and Operating Systems

Hardware configuration/set up skills - able to deploy new equipment and wipe used equipment

Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

IT/Networking experience in either full service restaurants, bars/night clubs, or other retail-guest oriented industries

Working knowledge of Networking Micros POS system is preferred

Working knowledge of Networking QuickBooks accounting software is preferred

Minimum of three years of previous networking or related experience

Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor

Intermediate knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, along with prior project management experience.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation for effective project management.

Analyzing technology, resource requirements, and market demand to assess project feasibility and pave the way for successful project execution.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.

Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges and find innovative solutions.

2-3 years of experience in IT service delivery coordination or a related role.

Schedule, support the planning and coordination of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate project stakeholders, including client stakeholders, project engineers, specialty vendors, and external contractors, to ensure timely project start and completion.

Project opening administration and communication.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables with other organizational initiatives.

Windows networking skills, including working knowledge of TCP/IP and Active Directory.

Microsoft certifications, A+, Network + desired

Two years of experience with Active Directory networks is preferred.

Associates Degree in computer related field or equivalent technical training preferred

Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
