Help ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to company standards.

Produce and maintain project plans, progress reports and any other necessary documentation.

Organize and plan meetings with program manager

Arrange and manage team goals, program schedules, and new information; keep all material up to date

Strategize with program manager when needed

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.

Entry Level Project Management experience or certification

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a BA degree or equivalent experience.

Working with customers, Service Managers, Engineering Managers, and Senior Project Managers to prioritize the backlog of active projects.

The teams performing the work are matrixed to the Scrum Master/Project Manager.

The Project Manager will have no personnel responsibility.

Special assignments and other work-related duties as required by management.

Support region utilizing remote desktop, remote computer control mechanisms and some travel.

Able to document and manage equipment inventory

Broad knowledge of Windows Tenant and Operating Systems

Hardware configuration/set up skills - able to deploy new equipment and wipe used equipment

Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

2-3 years of experience in IT service delivery coordination or a related role.

Schedule, support the planning and coordination of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate project stakeholders, including client stakeholders, project engineers, specialty vendors, and external contractors, to ensure timely project start and completion.

Project opening administration and communication.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables with other organizational initiatives.

Windows networking skills, including working knowledge of TCP/IP and Active Directory.

Microsoft certifications, A+, Network + desired

Two years of experience with Active Directory networks is preferred.

Associates Degree in computer related field or equivalent technical training preferred

Valid Texas Class C Driver's License

Management and development of Project Team resources including monthly 1:1 meetings with each and annual reviews using established company process

Provide team management and administrative support including:

Absolute dedication to a superior client experience and positive attitude

Attend weekly 1:1 meeting with Operations Manager
