Manages cost, time, scope and quality for each project

2-5 years of project coordination or other relevant experience

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively challenging project management experience.

Additional Certifications in Project Management, IT, or business are a plus.

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skills as well as prioritization experience.

Experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle from functional analysis through application development, training, testing, and documentation.

Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in IT program and/or Project management in biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry.

Perform team management, driving motivation, collaboration, and performance.

As required by the project, ensure that Agile standard methodologies (i.e., Scrum, User Story management) are performed.

Solid understanding of SDLC, GxP Regulations (with focus on Good Clinical (GCP) and Good Pharmacovigilance (GVP) practices) and compliant project management.

Bachelor’s degree Business Management and/or Information Technology management, or equivalent.

Driving accurate project chartering and setup and facilitate the definition of the project scope, achievements, tasks, deliverables, and resource requirements.
