Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals

Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan

Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management

Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities

Help build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees

Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement

Provide day-to-day operations management support and administrative support to the principal investigator and projects related to collaborative multi-site projects.

Proven time management efficiency, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.

Minimum 2 years of related experience, education may count towards experience.

Develop documentation of processes and standard operating procedures and spreadsheets to organize managed projects.

Previous experience working in a research environment preferred.

Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills via email, in-person, and telephone.

Strong proactive/reactive organizational skills are a must have requirement.

Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.

1 year of previous experience working with software supporting business/project operations (MS Project, MS Office).

Intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Office required.

Previous experience in biological engineering sciences.
