Job Details


This Project coordinator will coordinate project activities for new product development, contract manufacturing and product improvements. Overseeing projects to ensure they are carried out per established specifications, schedules and budgets.


Responsibilities


 Assist in planning and specification development of new products


 Creation of project schedules


 Maintain schedules and track progress


 Lead regular project status meetings


 Report progress to upper management and customers


 Lead post project reviews to support continuous improvement of processes and procedures


 Manage new product introduction process for both contract manufacturing and internal engineering designs


 Perform additional assignments as requested by supervisor


Requirements


 College degree


 1+ years experience in project management in a deadline driven environment (in electronics field and / or manufacturing a plus)


 Strong team player able to lead multifunctional teams


 Excellent communication skills


 Basic understanding of project management methodologies


 Basic understanding of project management software (MS Project / Project Server a plus)


 Strong attention to detail and well organized


 Able to work independently with minimal supervision


 Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects


 Flexible schedule


 Occasional travel
