Promotional Review Committee (PRC) Management
Establish collaborative relationships with the PRC Manager, projects owners and agencies to resolve any questions and issues
Manage the PRC process; organize and share the monthly meeting calendar with submission deadlines
Assist team(s) with project planning and execution, tracking responsibilities, monitor progress, and handle any issues that arise
Accurately prepare all finance-related paperwork for procurement, purchasing and accounts payables teams, including following up with vendor invoices
