Entry level knowledge of project coordination, construction management, or project controls experience in similar construction

Develop, submit, track, and maintain all project submittals and requests for information Assume additional responsibilities as directed by management

Works closely with the construction management to ensure successful delivery of the project

Manage budget projection for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors procured on the project

Responsible for working with Project Controls Manager to provide project cost forecasting, monthly cost to complete development, and accuracy of reporting

General administrative support of Projects requirement.
