E.Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.

VITA needs a Project Coordinator to help organize and track work tasks for the Security Architecture team.

c.You will perform various tasks, like maintaining project documentation, along with administrative duties.

Create and manage project management library of templates and forms

Support project management with tasks pertinent to project success

Data entry into project tracking software

Experience supporting engineering project delivery staff, or related industry

Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or similar

Support preparation and ensure completeness of design related forms and reports

Provide administrative, technical, and management support

5 years of professional experience

Assist Project manager with updating project tracking database and spreadsheets.

Manage customer calendar, executive mailboxes, and manage responses.

Manage agendas, schedules, and logistics for various meetings both ad hoc and recurring.

Assist Project Manager with tracking project status, scope, risks, issues, and action items.

Experience using project management software such as SiteTracker or SmartSheet is highly desired

Electronic and physical file management and upkeep.

Education and Experience:High School diploma or GED or equivalent

Research ROW or other permit requirements and apply for permits.

Skills:Effective communicator, with strong inter-personal and superior organizational skills

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret reports and metrics
