As our IT Planning and Procurement, you'll be an essential part of daily operations, providing crucial support for IT business and planning initiatives, such as contract management and financial analysis!

Responsibilities:

• Help with contract renewal analysis, ensuring cost-efficient planning for multi-year contracts.
• Analyze actual spending and forecast to implement necessary changes and report to leadership.
• General business experience to thrive in this role.
• Work with the data management team, building tools and assisting with Power BI reports and SAP to extract meaningful business intelligence reports.
• Present data-driven insights to managers and directors to support decision-making.
• Support with daily contract operations and provide IT business and planning support.
• Develop and deliver communications like dashboards, PowerPoint decks, or summaries for IT management.
• Provide financial analysis on portfolio cost variances, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
• Help establish key business, financial, and performance metrics with IT and functional leadership.
• Keep our budgets on track with accurate financial data and regular status reports.
• Gather, analyze, and summarize data to prepare insightful reports and management presentations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience structuring contract agreements.
• Familiarity with basic financial modelling or data management.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus!
• Experience with ARIBA, ATRIUM, or similar tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio, PowerPoint, and expert-level Excel skills.

🌐 Location: This is mostly remote! You'll visit the office based in Oakland 2-3 times per month 🌞
