Overview A Principal Training Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for a variety of audiences. They are responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, developing and delivering training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. They must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description The Principal Training Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for a variety of audiences. They will create and maintain training materials, develop and deliver training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. They will also be responsible for researching and staying up to date on industry trends and best practices. They will be expected to work independently and as part of a team.
