Corrigo Training Specialist
Location: Virtual – Northern California
Pay: $83,000-$100,000/ annually
Role Purpose
This position is responsible to provide training and process guide development, provide training (virtual and in person), training video development, and data management on the Corrigo Platform. The Corrigo Platform includes Corrigo Enterprise, Customer Portal, and Corrigo Pro to JLL and client employees. This position is responsible for time sensitive or specific account(s) Systems Administration of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and account-level reporting.
Additionally, this position supports the AMR IFM Digital Operations team and accounts in the execution of Corrigo to the Americas accounts, specifically alignment of operational processes, platform initiatives, product enhancements, and managing the implementation of the required changes.
The successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and work independently to deliver high-quality work. This position reports in to the IFM Digital Operations Platform and matrix reports to the account Director of Performance Management.
What this job involves
Develop process guides, primarily for client Corrigo and Corrigo Pro users, including but not limited to, training documents, how to guides, quick reference guides (QRG’s).
Develop curriculum for all training sessions.
Provide training to all Corrigo users, this includes virtual and in person at various sites. Travel is required.
Maintain the Corrigo training sessions and communication to all Corrigo users regarding training schedule.
Provide post training summaries to participants and management post training follow up (e.g. answers questions that were not answered in live training).
Create training videos for all Corrigo users.
Keep abreast of Corrigo enhancements to build into the training documents, training sessions, and training videos.
Responsible for keeping all training material, content, sessions up to date at all times.
Understand the account business process to include in the training to mitigate operational risk.
A member of the on account Corrigo Support team, may provide Corrigo functionality related questions, support issues, and requirements.
Demonstrates strong time management skills and deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
Work independently and proactively while building strong relationships with team members, clients, and senior leaders.
Responsible for production of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc account reporting. Reports may include training attendance.
To apply you need to be / have:
Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing CMMS/ work order applications, Performance Management, Data and Analytics
Ability to travel
Demonstrated process orientation and data driven skill sets
Above-average aptitude for technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, using formulas for data analysis and automating work processes, and in PowerPoint.
Proficiency using Smartsheets or similar applications to collect and share information preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead or participate in productive discussions via conference calls. Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, MS, Teams, and other communication applications.
Strong ability to think critically by exercising sound reasoning and analytical thinking. Consistently use knowledge, facts, and data to solve problems and make decisions that align with team and client processes, and demonstrate proper escalation and communication channel use.
Comfortable working remotely and being conscious of carefully communicating via email, instant messaging, and web meetings.
Northern California-based required. Must work Pacific Coast Time Zone hours.

Can comfortably deal with and present to senior managers, directors, and executive leadership with ease and confidence. Understands who the audience is and determines and uses the best method to accomplish goals. This includes internal colleagues and clients.

Self-motivated, with excellent organization and time management skills, including planning and managing work through completion while working under demanding time constraints, both independently and with teams.
