Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management

Experience with a variety of project management templates, tools, and methodologies.

PMP or other project management certification preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

Knowledge of supply chain processes, manufacturing processes, and/or strategic sourcing.

2+ years experience of project management in a professional environment

Ability to understand user needs and translate business requirements for effective execution and to provide timely results

Work closely with technology product managers to deliver value add changes for our operational teams

Previous experience of supply chain operations is a nice to have

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, using an agile and traditional project methodology

Process mapping and root cause analysis experience (desired)

- Control Center experience - whether its designing or organize

- Previous transmission or distribution center facilitation or build out experience

- Previous experience working for a utility

- Extremely organized and reliable to be on-site to drive this to completion

Proven execution of agile project management methodologies

Prior consulting experience at a well-established consulting firm and proven expertise operating as an independent consultant

Experience with large scale transformations

Exposure to cost reduction and cost optimization within product manufacturing

A background in the life sciences space (pharma, biotech, med tech)

The ideal candidate must have:

Must have at least 2 years of project management experience

Knowledge of more complex problem solving and error proofing skills

System Knowledge - Working knowledge of the basic functions and benefits of the SW systems (PV, QAD, Batch tracking, Horizon etc)

Change Leadership - Working knowledge of change leadership skills.

Leverage project opportunities or learnings which could improve business knowledge or processes.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities for the Operational Excellence Manager:

Advanced analytical and operational skills with an ability to identify meaningful insights from complex data.

Situational awareness, coupled with facilitation, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills to drive cross-functional decision-making.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently with strong attention to timeline and performance metrics.

Working knowledge of Windows/MAC operating systems, Microsoft office applications, Google suite, required.

Experience with both Agile and Waterfall program management is preferred

Communicate program updates to the core team, to functional management, and executive leadership both internally and externally

Manage leadership stakeholders and present at executive management forums

Experience working in team environments is required.

Specific experience managing complex system programs with multiple sub-projects as part of a complete solution is required

PMP or similar certification is highly desired

Lead the Global Operational Excellence and Strategy team, which includes case management, operations insights, platform integrity labs and operations excellence.

5+ years in managerial experience

8+ years’ experience in operations/manufacturing or business development, preferably within technology companies.

5+ years’ experience setting a vision and communicating goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization.

4 + years of Trust & Safety domain experience.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in roadside assistance / insurance claims NOT required with an ability to transfer skills across industries

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required

7-10 years of experience delivering results from Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement initiatives, experience in high volume, low margin industries preferred

Quality - Improve quality of our service delivery, as measured by reduction in key defect metrics

Cost - Improve financial performance

Communicate effectively up and down within the organization, from our front-line agents to our senior executive team

Experience with Digital Manufacturing tools and technology and change management

7-10 years of relevant professional experience; Project Management, finance, or management information systems experience a plus

Leads the project management functional aspect for implementations of critical Global Project, Program and Medical Systems initiatives to drive successful execution.

Ability to create & manage complex projects, including budget management & fiscal awareness

An ability to lead and manage in a matrixed structure and in a collaborative team environment

Fluency in written and spoken English required, with excellent communication skills

Experience in Medical Affairs would be a plus
