Job Description

Are you a Quality & Lean Manufacturing focussed engineer or manager looking to get on board with a market leader in an Aggregate processing plant?

Do you have experience in continuous improvement?

Are you based in Wisconsin or willing to relocate to the area?

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities for the Operational Excellence Manager:

  • Provide and improve quality processes for operations.
  • Ensure Compliance by developing and maintaining a quality manual.
  • Provide the organisation with effective measurement and reporting systems.
  • Give support to drive organisation improvements.
  • Oversee the use of Lean & Quality principles and practices.

Experience required for the Operational Excellence Manager:

  • Good communication and ability to present in a group situation.
  • Strong literacy and computer skills.
  • BA of science degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment.
