The Global Integrated Supply Chain manufacturing excellence organization designs and enables our factories to drive world-class operational performance to deliver products that delight our customers. This is a high-visibility position in a winning team!


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Engaging, collaborating with, and influencing all functions to ensure the lean six sigma strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders. You will build strong relationships with the key functional leaders to align improvement initiatives with business strategy. You must have good communication and presentation skills and be able to work across all levels of the organization.
  • As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will lead, promote, and facilitate the adoption of lean 6 six sigma principles, operating system processes and tools, embedding them into ISC culture.
  • Geographic location: Charlotte NC with up to 60% travel
  • Collaborating with SBG manufacturing excellence stakeholders to understand operational improvement opportunities, you will develop and implement high impact applications for lean six sigma and scale across 150+ Honeywell factories, driving higher levels of quality, productivity, throughput and increased
  • You will develop and play a hands-on role in the transformation plan, ensuring robust, sustainable lean 6 sigma process, owning the execution (impact, timeline, and dependencies) and SQDICP process performance. Coaching, educating and developing lean 6 six sigma skills, competencies, and organizational effectiveness.


YOU MUST HAVE


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • For Export compliance, candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent resident
  • Experience with Digital Manufacturing tools and technology and change management
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills applied across matrixed internal and external teams
  • A track record of operational improvement through lean six sigma principles and tools, value stream maps and technology implementation at a discrete manufacturing company
  • 5+ years manufacturing experience including process design, new product / process introduction, standard work definition and SQDICP improvement
