Develop compliant and compelling proposal submissions that advance Rebellion’s business in the defense and national security market.

Communicates customer requirements to internal stakeholders such as Operations, Project Management and Finance and solicits input from stakeholders for proposal generation

Bachelor's degree in Life Science, business management, or other related field preferred

Experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems, including Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)

5+ years of prior project management experience

PMI Project Management Professional certification

Provides direct project management and assistance across multiple projects and clients

Assists and/or leads in the Development and management of project plans to achieve objectives

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience(Or)

Strong strategic managed care understanding for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial and chronic complex populations

Extensive knowledge of CMS, NCQA regulatory guidelines

6+ years of experience with government proposal management and processes.

Contribute to building, updating, and maintaining MetroStar's content repository (e.g., past performance/project library, technical and management content).

A bachelor’s degree OR 10+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong leadership skills including superior communication and collaboration skills, and a demonstrated ability to direct and orchestrate large, multi-contractor team efforts.

Project management and/or APMP certification(s) desired
