Proposal Manager Jobs

LHH is partnering with an Atlanta based real estate company to find a seasoned Proposal Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in end-to-end proposal management with expertise in InDesign. Technical writing is a must and AEC experience is highly preferred. This is a hybrid role, with ability to be remote.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) System
• Produce layout/format design for proposals, (editing, graphics, prep for print/digital reproduction)
• Own entire proposal process: gather research, strategy/development, writing execution, project management management
• Lead customization of proposals, develop themes, identify differentiators,
• Understand and provide technical strategy for scope, plan, approach, performance, and personnel for proposal responses.
• Project manage proposal process (schedule/conduct meetings, present, identify tasks and assign responsibilities, develop production schedule)

Must Haves:

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related.
• Expertise in InDesign
• 5+ Years of Experience in proposal Management

Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and present to customers/colleagues
• Work samples and proposal process walk through required
• Technical writing skills
• AEC experience highly preferred!

Compensation:

• This is a hybrid role out of Atlanta, GA.
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
• $85,000-$95,000 based on experience
