DESCRIPTION

The Proposal Manger responsible for managing the proposal submittal process, including reviewing RFQs and providing information for both as requested. Oversees Marketing Generalist to ensure that we are externally presenting a uniform brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and organize project proposals and prequalifications.
• Ensure we have the most up to date documentation and that all estimating, and preconstruction is aware of any documentation updates.
• Develop and maintain all proposal templates.
• Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Extract relevant specifications for estimators’ review.
• New Project Setup, including, entering budgets into Sage and scheduling project kick off meetings.
• Gather and compile all required information for proposals per specifications.
• Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate.
• Lead and manage all estimating tracking meetings/meeting minutes.
• Perform basic office duties, including typing, copying, emailing, etc.
• Requesting Bid Bonds and ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner to meet the requirements of a proposal.
• Maintain the standards, culture, and values of CML Security
• Lift up to 10lbs
• Filter all invitation to bid and qualifications that come through [email protected].

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 3 Years of related experience required
• Strong skills in MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• OSHA-10 certification
• Previous project proposal coordination experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related experience required
• Basic computer design skills required
