Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful design, integration, implementation, administration, and global deployment of cloud-based learning technology platforms used do deliver content while modernizing the experience for our crew and managers. In addition, this role will be a key contact for global learning technology projects. The Project Manager will also be expected to apply proven IT project management processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, team members, and various IT functions. The Project Manager will assume end-to-end initiative accountability to deliver the functional requirements defined by a global cross functional team. The ideal candidate also can accommodate flex hours based on country time zones.

The candidate would preferably have experience with learning system applications and knowledge of e-Learning standards (AICC, SCORM), and dynamic content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in IT efforts to modernize learning experiences for restaurant managers and crew staff
  • Lead cross-functional teams including consultants and vendors to provide broad approach to handling the implementation and global rollout of the global cloud-based solution which is tightly integrated with other learning technologies
  • Form relationships by collaborating to establish and maintain solution delivery in a geographically dispersed environment
  • Interface, coordinate, and communicate project interdependencies with other IT functional areas and business areas in timely and proactive manner
  • Ensure continual roadmap alignment with other organizational critical initiatives and changes in the business
  • Influence or provide input to department-level forecasting and planning activities
  • Participate in IT efforts for a mobile learning experience
  • Support and manage Learning Technology projects (i.e: Learning Management System and Performance Support application)
  • Review work products to ensure quality, accuracy and verify completeness
  • Provide project performance and progress reporting to various project stakeholders including executive leadership with a focus on business benefit realization
  • Direct and manage IT project development from beginning to end - the design, integration, implementation, administration, global deployment and support of the cloud-based Learning Technology platform
Qualifications
  • Capable of achieving results in Global environment.
  • Undergraduate degree required, Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science or Project Management
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or LXP systems
  • 3+ years of software implementation and/or IT Project Manager experience
  • Excellent planning, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong influencing skills to drive the best decision-making for the company.
  • High energy level, adaptability, versatility, appreciation of marketplace and internal customer considerations.
