Communicate effective plans and results to senior management.

Coach teams on Continuous Improvement methods and practices, building internal capabilities for self-reliance for the client.

Good Leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and train others

Experience with MS Office Suite – specifically MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint (Smartsheet a plus)

Experience in one or more of the following fields is preferred

Consulting (specifically Lean Six Sigma consulting)

Drives targeted, sustainable improvement by leveraging consulting skills and change management processes

Minimum of 7-10 years of lean, six sigma, continuous improvement experience; daily management, strategy deployment, and problem solving in manufacturing environment

Strong leadership, negotiation and conflict management skills.

Elevates critical business decisions to the appropriate management teams and/or functional managers

Process Improvement knowledge through delivery of high quality and high impact deliverables

Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g., federal/country and regulatory requirements).

Project management tools and best practice principles

Proficiency is Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) SharePoint, and other project management applications

Learn/apply the techniques and principles of the Arizona Management System and Lean

Manage oversight and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders

Other duties as assigned as related to the position.

Analytical concepts (conceptualize and organize the project planning process)

2-4 years of dedicated Lean experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience working with a Lean business system / production system preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced working environment

Ability to work under minimal supervision, plan workload, and establish priorities

10+ years minimum experience in progressively responsible roles in manufacturing.

5+ years’ experience implementing Lean Six Sigma best practices.

Ideally has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification

Three References with at least 3 managers or clients – must a client or manger you did work for.

Expertise in at least 3 of following fields of expertise:

Process / Value Stream Mapping and developing Standard Operating Procedures

Execution of LEAN project management methodologies

Prior consulting experience at a well-established consulting firm and proven expertise operating as an independent consultant

This is a remote role available to those based in the Greater Boston Area

An deep understanding of cost reduction and cost optimization

A background in the life sciences space (pharma, biotech, med tech)

The ideal candidate must have:

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement via idea generation and prioritize improvement opportunities with the management team.

Mentor employees to realize benefits from all continuous improvement initiatives and act as a change agent for the site/organization.

Documents and works with site controller to validate achieved Lean savings.

Assist in designing new procedures and methods for operational processes.

Lead projects and initiatives from idea generation to strategic execution. Provide strategic insight and evaluation of the organization’s progression.

Act as a mentor for the Continuous Improvement leadership, supervisory staff and frontline personnel.

Strong technical / engineering and project management experience

Previous experience in implementing, and strong knowledge of, TPM/OP EX/ Lean and Six Sigma business systems.

Strong track record in project or program management

5 years in operations/production management again with a progressive top mfg company.

Create and manage Cl budget.

Six sigma black belt certification preferred. TPM TRANSFORMATION

Knowledge of Total Quality Management and Change Management experience is preferred

Implement and drive continuous improvement across CSC in close coordination with management staff

Support CSC management teams to achieve business targets (KPI’s)

Define continuous improvement targets together with the management staff and report performance against set operational objectives

Identify and train CSC departmental management and core employees on production system methodology and lean principles

Effective workshop facilitator skills required; experience in leading teams, driving change and delivering results

Strong project management and team leadership skills.

Support and reviews OpEx capital projects and helps manage the operations forecasting tool capturing the cost and benefits of each project.

Manage the BCP Quality Recipe, coordinate the CQMS/ISO certification, and support CAV audits.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Order to Delivery (OTD) areas and proven leadership skills in managing or supporting manufacturing operations.

What You Will Have- Skills & Experiences

Help manage, train and embed Lean activities within BCP Facilities, partnering with the enterprise Lean COE as needed.

Leverage applicable change management strategies to drive successful adoption of lean behaviors, including, proactive problem solving, knowledge sharing, and accountability.

Adopt and spread lean management system (leadership standard work, Gemba walks, daily accountability, and discipline.) throughout the enterprise.

Work with the finance department to evaluate lean improvement projects savings estimates.

8+ years of experience in operations with considerable lean transformation experience.

Serve as primary change agent and lead Lean transformation throughout enterprise.

Collaborate with company leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to select Lean initiatives that align with the company’s vision and deliver impactful results.

Facilitate lean daily management; develop and lead the path to Gemba.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (MfgE or IE preferred) or other related functional areas or work experience.

Minimum of years' experience within a manufacturing operation leading lean and continuous improvement efforts.

Excellent training, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technology within Construction, Steel Tube, or Stamping is highly preferred.

Manage Key Process Indicators and Targets To Improve (TTI) dashboards for Strategy Deployment Process.

Strong facilitation skills, change management experience and project management

Bachelor Degree in Operations Management, Engineering or other related field required

Black Belt Certification preferred with knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies required

Public speaking and significant reading requirements

Experience creating and working within a lean manufacturing production system (Shingo or associated award recognition a plus)

Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong work ethic, attention to detail and organizational/multi-tasking skills

3+ years in design/build prototype, Lean knowledge, process management skills and project leadership.

Applies and deploys daily management and continuous improvement practices to strengthen internal capabilities.

3+ years of management experience

5+ years of project or program management experience.

Leads, develops, and inspires employees and first-level managers to exceed organizational and customer objectives through advancement of technical and leadership skills.

3+ years of experience in a role where results are achieved through other managers

At least 5 years of work experience in warehouse management,

Conducting a management review of the warehouse’s essential functions.

Assist the management team and provide support as necessary.

BS/BA Degree (Experience may substitute for Education)

Manage the department engaged in essential warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, and distribution) to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.

Support build-out and validation of performance management reporting for program and initiatives

Undergraduate degree required in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics; MBA preferred

Positive and proactive process management with an eye for detail and a strong ownership mentality

Academic background and/or hands-on experience involving retail and/or cross-functional projects; knowledge of ‘Lean’ and/or in-store experience is a positive

Strong, executive-level communication skills and ability to lead ideation sessions and workshops

Adept at quick financial analysis and experienced in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Experienced and comfortable with weekly regional travel.

Leadership experience from operations/manufacturing shopfloor.
