Lean Warehouse Manager (High Volume)

DETAILS: Warehouse Manager

COMPENSATION: $90,000 - $110,000 Base, plus Bonus, Benefits on day 1

LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager that will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of warehousing and related functions. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for being hands-on in all day-to-day warehousing activities and serve as the strategic leader for all related efforts. As a strategic leader, you will also be responsible for collaborating with the Operations Direction to design and implement improved processes and/or operational policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Warehouse Manager

• Manage the department engaged in essential warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, and distribution) to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
• Addressing nonconformities from previous internal and external audits.
• Maintain an active role on internal continuous improvement teams.
• Design, develop and implement warehousing training programs based on quarterly performance reviews
• Work alongside and with the team, providing guidance as needed to ensure maximum productivity.
• Work with leadership to complete the given directives of the Company.
• Ensure that documentation and design controls are appropriate for the organization.
• Provide all employees with necessary tools, proper training, and corrective direction.
• Create and implement processes and procedures.
• Perform internal audits.
• Interact with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of all inventory and ingredients.
• This managerial position is expected to cultivate a culture in line with core company values.
• Conducting a management review of the warehouse’s essential functions.
• Oversee the strategic operations within the functional areas of receiving, shipping, storage/distribution of goods, and logistics.
• Assist the management team and provide support as necessary.
• Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other company objectives to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Follow up on and close pending preventive and corrective action requests.
• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints.
• Direct activities and provide coaching and guidance to associates, leads, and supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS: Warehouse Manager

• Experience working with logistics team
• BS/BA Degree (Experience may substitute for Education)
• At least 5 years of work experience in warehouse management,
