Job Description

Beneva Group has recently been engaged by a leading Electrical, Safety, and Infrastructure Solutions company to identify their next Lean Manager. This individual will be responsible for fostering, promoting, and revitalizing the company business system implementation. The Lean Manager will be the change agent for Lean within the plant and will train, mentor, and coach employees in Lean methodologies across multiple departments.


Requirements:

  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications strongly desired
  • Experience working in a business system
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Experience leading hands-on development of Lean culture in manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Excellent training, coaching, communication, and presentation skills
  • 7+ yeas of dedicated Continuous Improvement experience
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience

This position is based in the Green Bay, WI, area.
