Summary

Pro-CI is a well-established Continuous Improvement / Lean consulting company with a heavy emphasis on service industries and is seeking a Lean Practitioner to join our team focused on meaningful and transformational work at leading organizations. Pro-CI was founded in 2017 with an original focus in the Integrated Resorts and Casino (IR) industry with clients in Macau, Philippines, Malaysia Vietnam, and the United States.

Although Pro-CI will always be the leader in IR Lean Transformation initiatives, the business is growing into other industries including manufacturing, power generation, and insurance organizations. The Lean Practitioner is responsible for leading efforts to optimize processes through process redesign and business re-engineering that results in better employee engagement, improved quality of products and services, as well as increasing customer satisfaction – all while delivering improved financial performance for our clients. The ideal candidate must have a proven record of successful engagements and be committed to Continuous Improvement / Lean based on Toyota Production System methods and practices.The role is a rewarding position within the lucrative consulting industry – and provides for a flexible work schedule with international and domestic travel possibilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assesses business problems and opportunities and recommends best course of action (both strategic and tactical).

Implement Lean business practices and drive results based on rapid improvement (Kaizen) to eradicate waste at every opportunity

Facilitate workshops, projects and meetings with clients from diverse, global backgrounds.

Utilize structure, discipline, and data to drive changes in process, identifying root causes to implement countermeasures that improve process performance.

Coach teams on Continuous Improvement methods and practices, building internal capabilities for self-reliance for the client.

Communicate effective plans and results to senior management.

Fosters an environment of critical thinking and a bias for action..

Education/Experience/Qualifications

Required:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering or related fields

Experience with team building, group dynamics, and process facilitation relating to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, coaching, and mentorship experience with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels

Hands on, leads by example- willing to work at the point of impact

5+ years of relative or related experience which includes some management oversight – as a Director, Manager, or Supervisor

Good Leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and train others

Ability to effectively deal with difficult topics and personalities across all levels of the organization

Ability to influence and affect change from executive leadership to staff level

Dedicated to achieving measurable improvements

Flexible and enthusiastic attitude

Strong understanding of statistical analysis

Experience with MS Office Suite – specifically MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint (Smartsheet a plus)

Travel internationally required

Experience in one or more of the following fields is preferred:

  • Healthcare
  • Consulting (specifically Lean Six Sigma consulting)
  • Financial Services
  • Hospitality
