Job Description

Beneva Group has recently been retained by a leading Electrical, Safety, and Infrastructure Solutions manufacturing company to identify their next Lean Engineer in south Chicago. Reporting to the Regional Lean Manager, this person will be responsible for deploying Lean methodologies and driving Continuous Improvement within the manufacturing facility.


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of dedicated Lean experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, plan workload, and establish priorities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with all levels of the organization, both written and verbal
  • Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced working environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience working with a Lean business system / production system preferred


Location: This position based in the south Chicago metro area. Relocation assistance is available.
