Essential Job Duties and Accountabilities

In-depth knowledge of medical terms and medical language to correct errors in transcripts

Excellent knowledge and understanding of medical terminology (Required)

Must have atleast 1 year of previous medical transcribing experience. (Required)

Producing medical reports and records, patient information, and other administrative data from audio recordings

Reviewing and editing transcriptions for spelling, grammar, clarity and correct medical terminology

• Maintain job requirements and job descriptions for all positions as needed.

• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, assist with benefit enrollments, surveys etc.) and take minutes.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

-HR certification: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR (preferred).

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) by Medical Dosimetry Certification Board

Two years of professional office experience.

One year of mortgage or banking industry experience.

General knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, GNMA and USDA guidelines.

Prior Encompass LOS system experience or other mortgage processing software.

Organization skills and attention to detail.

Primary contact between clients and Loan Originators.

Assist with human resources, quality control, and other key management functions

Assists with inventory and asset management, moving packages up to 50 lbs.

Research past purchase orders, contracts, and other items as requested. Contacts vendors and/or program staff for price quotes.

Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates the ability to work well with Stanford colleagues and clients and with external organizations.
