Job Description
Are you looking for a position where you can utilize your customer service skills while helping others in your community? The employer is seeking a full-time on-site Virtual Specialist for their Antigo or Wausau office! This individual will join a team dedicated to providing members with exceptional service and outstanding value over the phone and through the employer's online channels.

Job Duties


  • Promote services to strengthen member relationships and provide financial value
  • Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously
  • Handle member requests or direct them to the appropriate person for assistance
  • Comply with credit union standards, policies, and regulations
  • Provide high quality member service for deposit services, consumer loans, and virtual services


Qualified Candidates


  • Experience in service or sales related capacity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software
  • Organized, efficient, and accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required
