Description of work

Information and Infrastructure Technologies (IIT) is hiring an On-Site Contractor Manager who is responsible for all work relating to this project. In this role, the On-Site Contractor Manager will have the full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor. This is a contingent opening to fill On-Site Contractor Manager roles as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Team IIT’s work efforts relating to daily operations, customer service, and more
• Lead on-site team in accordance with applicable laws and regulations from the Customer

• Develop risk mitigation plans for transition, personnel, and technical risks
• Plan, lead, and organize projects
• Assist with human resources, quality control, and other key management functions

Project Overview:

Team IIT will provide its customers with overarching and comprehensive IT support. This includes systems engineering, computer management services, hardware management, database management, IT system support, server administration, cybersecurity, and more. The project will require support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for computing systems and support services that are necessary for Customer success.
