Possesses technical skills for repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical, and robotic equipment.

Installation and upkeep of additional equipment as needed for production purposes.

Maintenance and servicing of utility and facility-related equipment under the guidance of the Plant Engineer.

Providing assistance and training to fellow maintenance staff for tasks like repairs, preventive maintenance (PM), and equipment rebuilds.

Working in close coordination with other departments and teams to address issues proactively.

Ensuring a safe, tidy, and well-organized workspace.

•Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

•High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive or diesel mechanics is preferred.

•Proven experience as a mechanic, specifically in truck maintenance.

•Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

•Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

•Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

10% - Maintain and audit Preventive Maintenance work orders established in maintenance management system including: job plans, frequency, or work, etc.

Meets with Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Supervisors/Leads weekly to develop the Weekly Maintenance Schedule

Coordinates and schedules service and material requirements (contractors, equipment, special tools) in accordance with the Weekly/Daily/Outage Schedule

Manages the Outage Scheduling process

Meets qualifications of the Job Planner

Meets with Asset Owners weekly to prioritize the unplanned backlog of approved Work Orders.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Prefer knowledge in project management, system development, or organizational change management

Participate in HR IT topics related to managing application controls and change management

Previous Internships or work experience in Corporate environments preferred

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe

Strong written and oral communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience in Finance or Accounting.

Prepare variance analysis of expenditures and roll-up to corporate finance

Perform finance administration tasks, including accounts payable/receivable processing

3+ years of financial and accounting experience

Experience with Oracle, EPM, OBIEE, and Hyperion

Ability to manage multiple projects, as well as large amounts of data with competing priorities

Familiarity with training coordination and personnel management.

A skilled individual in rigging equipment and managing contract crane and rigging teams.

Someone to evaluate mechanic and I&E skill levels, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate training.

A manager of personnel issues, contractor performance evaluations, and adherence to maintenance activities.

Evaluating skill levels, coordinating training, and managing personnel.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic principles and techniques of project management.

Effectively manage projects involving multiple trades workers and contractors.

Three – Five years of experience in manufacturing or plant maintenance activities
