Maintenance Coordinator.

Position Summary:
Put your impressive organizational skills to work as a core member of our Maintenance team—helping to keep our projects on track, on time, and on budget. ServiceNet owns and operates a wide range of community based housing for individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities. This position will be 50% in office and 50% travel throughout Western Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our properties data base.
• Assure follow-through on inspections, maintenance and construction/renovation projects.
• Manage and maintain our maintenance ticketing system.

Qualifications:

• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proficient technology skills
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Experience in property management; ticketing systems
• Strong interpersonal & business communication skills
