Answers incoming telephone calls. Takes messages or forward calls to voice mail system. Follow up with staff as appropriate
Greets visitors and maintains the visitor's sign in log
Package & ship out brochures, materials & supplies when needed.
Does assigned typing tasks as identified including: letters, reports, forms and other correspondence
