Overview Enablement Managers are responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs to enable employees to be successful in their roles. They are responsible for creating and managing training and development programs, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to employees. Detailed Job Description Enablement Managers are responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs to enable employees to be successful in their roles. They are responsible for creating and managing training and development programs, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to employees. They must be able to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to address them. They must also be able to assess employee performance and provide feedback. Additionally, they must be able to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources or a related field (e.g. SHRM, HRCI)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of training and development strategies and techniques
• Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies
• Knowledge of performance management systems
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
• Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs
• Experience in coaching and mentoring employees
• Experience in assessing employee performance and providing feedback
