Collaborate with the Employee Communications Business Partners and Chiefs of Staff to:

Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Four (4) years professional experience in the development of digital or multi-media content.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee and drive multiple projects at once.

12+ years of experience in employee or corporate communications.

A proven and experienced communications leader passionate about people, strategy, and delivering tangible business results.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience working in a B2C environment.

Excellent copywriting and verbal skills - proficient in AP style.

Experience in intranet and web publishing tools such as SharePoint or WordPress.

Strong project management skills with keen attention to details;

Excellent management and organization skills, which will be demonstrated through working on multiple projects and working to deadlines;

Experience with content management systems and internal communications tools;

Support company-wide change management communications and cascades, including but not limited to, priority announcements, organizational communications, and crisis communications.

3-5 years of internal communications experience;

Excellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills;

Partner with Employee Success and Finance business partners to support their messages to the organization

Engage representatives from each sizable team who can help you keep a finger on the pulse of the employee experience

Produce large, leader-hosted Town Halls and All Hands - calendaring, content, in-person experience, Slack engagement, and post-event survey

Provide employee experience insight and guidance to the Employee Success communications team as they form their communications plans

Proven experience with Google Slide design and editing

Stellar short and long-form writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to generate and implement breakout ideas

Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Creation

Develop, produce and edit fun and engaging multimedia content that tells a story and is shared across internal and external channels

Partner with segment communications leaders from across Disney’s businesses to ensure relatability across segments

Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring communication needs are clear, work is progressing, and partners are aligned

Apply a public affairs mindset to content plans by proactively identifying and sharing risks

Oversee creative look and feel of various enterprise-wide communications vehicles

8+ years relevant work experience at either a PR agency or an in-house communications team

Previous product communications experience at a fintech and/or crypto company

Media relations skills that have driven coverage in business, tech, crypto, and consumer publications

Experience managing external agency partners

Write and manage Experian’s weekly employee newsletter

Develop and manage executive emails regarding Experian’s DEI efforts, HR updates, etc.

A minimum of 2 years of experience working on employee communications campaigns

Lead / Develop / Manage CBPT employee culture and engagement events and celebrations, town halls, all-hands and leadership offsites

2+ years of experience writing and editing internal communications, business reviews, product launches in a corporate environment or financial institution

2+ years of experience communicating with senior level leadership

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Skilled in communicating complex information in simple terms

Experience with hosting and/or managing events

12+ years communications experience working with and providing guidance to executives and senior leaders

3+ years experience managing, leading and inspiring high performing employee communications teams

Direct experience working in a corporate role with a strong understanding of high-tech culture

Creatively use different communication formats such as live events, videos, community channels, emails to inform and inspire employees.

Partner with cross-functional teams including External Communications, HR, Talent Acquisition, Chief of Staff, Legal, etc. across the company.

Relationship builder with strong business acumen and ability to prioritize around highest impact actions and partner across leadership and communications teams

8+ years of experience in employee communications

Self-starter with a viewpoint on the employee experience

Strong experience partnering with Talent, DEI and social impact teams

Experienced working across multiple departments and at a global scale

Experience working with employee communications tools
