Employee Communications Lead Jobs in Florida

Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, etc.) and a basic understanding of design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Work with leadership to track, analyze and develop messaging and/or mitigation plans for ongoing issues that may impact the employee experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations or marketing coordination, including internal/employee communications experience

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with maturity and confidence in working with colleagues at all levels

Experience pitching stories, interviewing employees and writing content that aligns with business objectives

Experience contributing to the development of strategic communications plans and toolkits

·Strong Project Management skills with competing priorities

·Performs video script writing/editing, and manages CTO distribution lists and mechanics.

·Captures requirements and develops plans for new CTO team/program/product site builds and surveys.

·Strong writing and editing skills (video script writing/editing).
