Managing Angier manufacturing facility alongside the production manager

Collaborating with other leadership in sales, finance, engineering, customer service, and executive staff

10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, chemical experience is a plus

Experience managing direct reports and indirect reports

Leading the Angier plant leadership team (production, quality, supply chain, and technical manufacturing chemistry)

Experience working in a Materials Management position including working in the production planning space

10 years’ experience as a manager of multiple direct reports and budgeting experience, including satellite Distribution Center facilities.

Develop and manage the department budget as well as reporting on qualitative and quantitative results

Manage the strategic planning processes for the SC Network which include Sort Centers and 3PL facilities.

Develop leadership skills of subordinates by determining developmental needs and opportunities.

Strong organization, planning and leadership skills are required.

Extensive knowledge of ecommerce industry, with particular emphasis on supply chain and operations.

Detailed knowledge of and hands-on experience with spectroscopic and microscopic materials characterization

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
