Collaborate with the Sustainability Manager to ensure material development alignment with seasonal waypoints and long-term direction of the Vuori Sustainability Roadmap.

Degree in Textiles or Material Manufacturing Sciences or related field; may be substituted with relevant experience in textiles and manufacturing

12+ years of experience in engineering, troubleshooting, and testing performance knits, wovens and trims with passion and experience leading teams required

Submit supply chain function performance reports as requested by management and corporate

Proven track record of people management and development

Manage all aspects of the Supply Chain function including supervision and coaching of department personnel

Quote, negotiate, and secure orders of materials to support production and other internal requirements

Create, update, and maintain function policies and procedures in accordance with AS9000/ISO9000 requirements and corporate policies

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; 5-10 years related experience
